Acts 7:48-50 NKJV
“However, the Most High does not dwell in temples made with hands, as the prophet says: ‘Heaven is My throne,
And earth is My footstool.
What house will you build for Me? says the Lord,
Or what is the place of My rest?
Has My hand not made all these things?’”
Father says He makes His home in us, not with mortar and bricks, but with refining and purifying. With trials and redemption through those, as we walk with Him.
The very things that come at us, are designed to work FOR us.
What is it that you are walking through today?
What is it that comes against you?
Who is it that causes offense?
What pings the emotions in upsetting ways?
These are the stuff of Kings and Queens, and the making of them.

What Kind of House will you build Me my child?
Where will I reside? Where can I rest in you?
Can I encourage you in this season of hurry, scurry…take a moment….take a breath.
Be still and know His peace within. Enjoy the breath He gives.
Enjoy the inner workings of your body and its intricate systems.
Thankyou God that You are here.
Thankyou God that You are in the still.
Thankyou God that You love nothing better than to take the enemies warfare and trouble and turn it into something beautiful. Your Word is FILLED with redemptive stories, because this is Your heartbeat for the world. I LOVE who You are!
Picture: Large military arms aimed at us in vulnerable places….as the warheads come at us, we choose to trust, choose to grow amidst the war….the threatening explosives melt into blossoms and colourful drops of rain. No weapon formed against you will prosper!
Is 54:17
“But in that coming day no weapon turned against you will succeed. You will silence every voice raised up to accuse you. These benefits are enjoyed by the servants of the LORD; their vindication will come from me. I, the LORD, have spoken!”
That which comes at us is turned for good. He will refresh us within it.
Be encouraged that the personal refining of our hearts, creates an ever-expanding place for Him to abide within us.
So the more we trust, the more we have confidence in His ability to work in whatever comes.
The more we become the place where He loves to abide.
The place where Kingdom is seen and experienced.
Oh what a glorious thought this is to me.
I hope it encourages you too.
God bless us all with these mindsets today and all days.
Word: Slow and Steady wins the race. The hare and the tortoise is an image of what we can encounter.

Taunting from the opposition, but as we remain on track, unwavering by the externals, our internal hope becomes a reality.
Bless you. Bless you. Bless you. That as the shards of hurt, trauma and past which seem to linger, are chipped away from our hearts, by His skilled and gentle hand – the vulnerable, healthy and beautiful you is revealed! And you can say, we are developing a wonderful kind of house for Him in us.
